Question: Why is it that white people don't know how to save money when riding the bus?

Its also the stupid tourist too. GOOD EXAMPLE these ladies was paying $1.60 each every time they ride the bus. Now if they are riding the buses all day long SO WHY NOT BUY A DAY PASS! $3.50 OR a WEEKLY PASS $14.00 So if they got the weekly pass that pay for 2 days of riding the bus, Subway, and Light rail, and the neighborhood shuttles. But white people don't know nothing about saving money when riding the bus how come?
