Question: Do u have any ideas on how to save money for a sweet 16?

My sweet sixteen had this kind of budget and I think it was because we didnt waste money on a place. We had the party at my house. we used the garage and put two tents next to it. The garage has a DJ in it so it turned into the dance floor. Next to it was a tent that was about the same size as the garage where people entered then next to that was a big tent where we set up the tables. We used a color scheme for the paper tableclothes we found at the dollar store. Then for the centerpieces we just used candles inside what looked like fish bowls with gumballs underneath. We blew up pictures of me and my friends and put them all over the walls. we also prepared the food ourselves which saved us a ton of money. i hope this helps. you can always find good decorations at the dollar store.

Dont get all of the stuff you dont need. go to a dolor stor for plats, invites,cups,napkins,and table clothes. if you are inbarest that it is coming from there just dont say. in this econimy we have to do what we have to do. and just keep giving hugs to your parnts because im sure thay had to work there butts off to beable to get you that amount.
