Question: How can i talk to a guy? i have a cell phone and he doesn't and we don't go to the same school.?

When we were kids we used to use two coffee cans and a long string. You shouldn't talk to him anyway if he doesn't have a cell phone. Obviously he can't support you. Find someone with a phone and move on.
