Why would a community center not allow the use of cell phones in a locker room?
I am on a swim team and we practice at a nearby community center every night. Tonight we got out a little early and my best friend asked to use my cell phone so she could call her dad to come pick her up. While she was dialing, a lady that worked there must have overheard us talking and said " Cell phone use is not permitted in the locker rooms." And simply left. Why wouldn't they allow this?
